Don't think that just because this says x-Elle (XL) it is for XL Vagina. It's not. This cup is well suited to the seasoned menstrual cup user because it is SO SOFT (this can be harder for first time users to get the hang of at first, but definitely not impossible. The wider rim makes for a snug fit for women who have had a natural birth and the super capacity can accommodate even the heaviest of flows.

Boil in the microwave or on the stove

For cleaning on the go

Wash MyownCup with clean, warm water making sure that the air holes are clean.
Immerse in water and then boil MyownCup in an open pot for 5 minutes. *Be careful when removing the cup, as water and cup may be hot.

Before handling your cup, wash your hands with soap and water.

Note: there is no need to sterilize
between emptying unless the cup is dropped into the toilet or
onto the floor.
